LSU LSU making PETA mad over Mike

PETA is a little upset at LSU this week, specifically over the practice of having a live tiger on the sidelines during the upcoming game with Alabama in Death Valley.
First off, I am a huge animal advocate, but this tiger is not being abused. He lives way better than any of his relatives still out on the plains of Africa, and jungles of India. I am no fan of the Corndogs, but they are not mistreating this animal at all. It is tradition, and somewhere along the way, the word tradition as it pertains to College Athletics has became a dirty word to today's youth (and some of the snowflake older generation as well)

Ok, so after reading a few of the stories (I admit I just brought over the tweets without first reading the stories), it seems this is not the original Mike that weve all seen over and over. They are bringing a live tiger from the state of Florida. Now while this tiger will not be mistreated physically, I am not so sure if it has ever seen the likes that it will see inside Tiger Stadium saturday night. 109K fans screaming at the top of their lungs.... Just to load him back up on sunday and take him back to Florida?

Yeah. I can kind of see the sketchiness in that.

This is a lot to do about nothing. Any animal in captivity has it way better than any animal out there fighting to survive.
