I had a bit of bad luck this morning, my starter wire broke off at the starter. I have headers, so getting to the stud is a challenge. But we got the wire changed and I wasn’t stranded in Gulfport, waiting on a tow truck.

With that said, I didn’t get as many pictures as I wanted, but here are a few

Here is the fire
Keep your eye on that 2 tone 4x4 that is 2 in front of me (All badging is removed, i think it is a Bronco, but could be a Blazer), I am not into 4x4 stuff so I really cant tell from the taillights.s

This is the raw video, so I apologize for my redneck voice

Did it just get too hot from not moving enough to cool the motor?

Not sure, never really heard the cause. The CTC Staffer I was talking to said the guy had just put the motor in it. I am thinking there could have been some oil on a header, but my buddy was right behind me and had a better angle, he was able to actually see the flames and they were coming off the firewall, this would kind of indicate electrical to me.
